Pair Architecture and Interior Design was founded by architect Emily Gronow, whose experience spans high end residential, hospitality and retail projects. A graduate of RMIT with a Bachelor of Architecture, Emily has worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected names, including Rothe Lowman, Chris Connell Design, and Mim Design, shaping a thoughtful and well rounded approach to both architecture and interiors.

Her work is influenced by the everyday, by the quiet rituals, routines, and moments that shape how we live. This has led to a distinct style that balances refinement with comfort, creating homes that are timeless, livable and uniquely tailored to the people who inhabit them.
